Monthly Web Maintenance Services fees, when first enrolling in our maintenance plan, are PRORATED for 2 months, which means that your initial maintenance bill will be 2 times whatever the base rate for your maintenance is. This first two month's bill ensures all of the following:

Development and placement of Meta Tags, Keywords and Site Descriptions, a standard website analysis and search engine assessment, as well as, simple content editing, general website text and image updates and alterations, e-marketing consulting and business image development.

This first two months is CRITICAL to your online business image. Once your website has established a stable presence online, your monhly fee for mainainence will be whatever your base rate is per month, only as needed.

Normal turn-around times for general website maintenance, excluding client requests for extras, are as follows:

1-5 page sites are normally completed within 1-2 business days, 6-10 page sites are usually finished within 3-5 business days, 11-15 page sites can be expected to be done within a 6-9 day time span, for 16-20 page sites please allow 10-14 days for completion and for proects consisting of 21 or more pages, contact us to receive an estimated end date quote, custom to your project's specifics.

   * Prorated maintenance services simply means that you pay for your updates 1 month in advance and they are
              published to your site on the last day of the month, unless otherwise specified by the client, but ALL
                                                          maintenance fees are paid 1 month in advance.

For example:

It is 3:30 p.m. on January 9, and Client Jane wishes to make some changes to her 5 page website , which she wants to be viewable come February 1. Client Jane will pay Chrystal Clear Images $45.00, the monthly cost to update her site, email us the new content and we will have her information ready to be published no later than January 11 at 3:30 p.m. It is at that time Client Jane can say, "Go ahead and upload the changes now." or "Wait until January 31 at 11:59 p.m. to upload the changes."
