PAYMENT INFORMATION
Deposit/Down Payment:
We require a 25% deposit/down payment, in proportion to the total amount of the web project you are contracting us for. The reason for requiring a deposit is because website design and web development services is purely service work and our time cannot be recovered like talking about it, so it is vital for us to be monetarily compensated for the time spent on your project, whether it's in the beginning stages or already undergoing production. Your down payment ensures that we'll start work on your project the same day and that we'll be paid for the time spent on the beginning stages of our assignment. We are willing to work with our clients and accept payment arrangements, but first, the initial deposit/down payment which is exactly 25% of the total amount due, must be paid in full. This amount is non-negotiable and non-refundable and must be paid in full before any payment arrangements will be considered, NO EXCEPTIONS.

The remaining balance of a client's account is due immediately upon completion of his/her project. All accounts must be paid in-full before the project or any other items such as passwords and management instructions are provided to the customer.
Delinquency/Non-Payment/Default:
After Net 15 days, all delinquent accounts are subject to website suspension until the account is paid in full.
We take pride in the services that we provide and, as such, deserve to be paid what is owed to us by our clients. All delinquent invoices, not paid in full within 5 business days of the project's completion, will be charged a $20.00 non-payment fee along with a $5.00 late-fee for each day payment is not received. After a period of 15 days, Chrystal Clear Images reserves the right to remove a client's web project from viewing on the Internet until payment is received in full. In the event that collection proves necessary, the client will assume responsibility for all collection and legal fees necessitated by his/her default in payment.To maintain a positive client/consultant relationship and prevent the disruption of your web presence, you are asked to please pay your invoices in full and on time.
